Responsibilities
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and streamline core OTI processes, transforming manual project tracking, reporting, documentation, and coordination into intelligent, scalable systems
Act as the primary coordinator and point person for high-profile global events
Use AI-powered analytics to automate project tracking and generate predictive reports for OTI leadership and stakeholders
Own and maintain internal web pages using AI tools for content generation and automated summarization
Coordinate and monitor a diverse portfolio of innovation projects, data analytics initiatives, and emerging technology research. Use AI-powered tools to track timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies, and generate predictive insights for leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Early experience in project management, operations, or coordination within a fast-paced technology environment
A keen interest in improving how work gets done, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to design more efficient workflows
A strong passion for applying AI and automation to solve practical business problems and improve productivity
Exceptional ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders independently with meticulous attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for acting as the local liaison at the corporate headquarters
Preferred
Hands-on experience with AI tools, data analytics, or low-code automation platforms
Familiarity with modern PM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Notion) and an interest in their AI integrations
Experience in internal communications or large-scale event coordination
