Responsibilities
Conduct requirements analysis with exceptional attention to detail
Facilitate discussions with VA business owners and technical teams
Prepare process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support User acceptance testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect triage
Provide proactive recommendations to improve system usability and business processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
6+ years in healthcare or federal analysis
Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely
Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
Lift up to 20 lbs
Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
