Responsibilities

Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC), security profiles, and data security policies
Create, customize, and manage job roles, duty roles, and data roles aligned with business needs
Configure security settings, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards
Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
Identify vulnerabilities, recommend improvements, and strengthen overall security posture
Secure data exchange between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems
Develop user guides, training materials, and security documentation
Partner with HR, IT, and compliance teams to address security concerns and deliver solutions

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Mandatory Public Sector Experience
Open to travel
U.S. natives only
Independently led HCM security implementations across at least five end-to-end projects
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud security architecture (RBAC, data security, user management)
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Proficiency with Oracle tools: Security Console, HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and cloud security best practices
Analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex security issues
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to document processes and create clear training materials
Proven track record of leading at least 5 Oracle HCM Cloud security implementations
