Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive internal and external change management plans
Develop stakeholder assessments, communication materials, and readiness evaluations
Collaborate with VA program leads to ensure that change impacts are understood early and addressed proactively
Facilitate workshops, briefings, and transition support activities
Track adoption metrics and provide targeted recommendations for improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and Prosci (or equivalent) certification
6+ years in change management and adoption strategy
Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely
Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
Lift up to 20 lbs
Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
