Responsibilities
Film and edit high-retention video for Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn that prioritizes utility over fluff
Create premium static assets, carousels, and motion graphics that differentiate Loot from the overly technical, outdated lending market
Work closely with our Social Strategist to translate big ideas into repeatable content formats
Maintain visual consistency across organic, paid, and product touchpoints
Navigate a regulated category—creative that’s bold and approvable
Qualification
Required
Senior-Level Aesthetic – You know how to design for a 35+ audience. Clean typography, strong hierarchy, and restraint are second nature to you. You make brands feel reliable, not trendy for the sake of it
Industry Fluency – You've worked in fintech, B2B, or professional services and understand how to handle serious topics without making them dull or overly technical
High-Velocity, High-Quality – You can produce polished work on tight timelines without cutting corners on craft or brand integrity
Brand Guardian – You don't just 'make posts.' You help shape and protect visual standards across every channel and touchpoint
Technical Expert – You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and can manage your own production—lighting, audio, framing, and editing—with a professional eye
