Responsibilities
Review payrolls and off-cycle payments
Analyze payroll data, track metrics and suggest improvements
Solve daily processing issues by analyzing root causes and validating data
Address incoming cases to meet Service Level Agreement compliance, document resolutions and escalate complex issues
Document workflows, improve procedures and participate in system upgrades
Compile data and generate reports
Conduct thorough research and respond quickly to inquiries
File statutory filings not covered by 3rd party vendors and respond to agency notices
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in related field
Two plus years of payroll experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to analyze various courses of action and make recommendations
Able to manage multiple priorities at once
Preferred
Fundamental Payroll Certification or Certified Payroll Professional desired
