They are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to oversee day-to-day activities that support the Admin Team and other departments, including planning projects, managing mail, and assisting with accounting tasks.

Responsibilities
Planning, coordinating, and carrying out company-wide projects, events, and activities; collaborating with other North American Admin Teams as needed
Updating the physical and electronic bulletin boards with company announcements
Sorting and scanning incoming mail, and preparing all outgoing mail and packages
Supporting staff appreciation efforts by organizing and sending gifts for various internal events
Maintaining our electronic and physical filing systems and our inventory of office supplies and furniture
Assisting the Accounting Department with invoices, payments, receipts, and reimbursements
Making and monitoring travel arrangements for employees
Fulfilling basic receptionist duties as needed
Working with Printful’s Green Team to ensure we implement and meet our sustainability goals
Acting as a cultural ambassador for the location to promote and model the Printful company values
Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior administrative experience
Proficiency in basic computer programs
Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and other Google products
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
