Responsibilities
Perform Test activities and determine/develop various approaches to achieve test goals and help guide the completion of laboratory integration testing
Act as test engineer during test operations. Test duties include system level testing of hardware and software with emphasis placed on test asset coordination, conducting systems integration lab tests, and generation of test documentation
Support test plan working groups and technical reviews
Collaborate with software developers and engineering leads. Assist software engineers with test setup, and foster system knowledge sharing
Adhere to development processes using established methods and tools
Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the company
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a bachelors or masters degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution and two or more years of engineering experience with a bachelors degree
Must have a working knowledge of both windows based and Linux based operating systems, along with a general understanding of networking architecture and concepts
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance is required
Preferred
Degree in computer engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering is desired
Prior experience in a Test and Integration role for manned and/or unmanned aircraft platforms, a working knowledge of the National Airspace System, and UAS operating rules is desired
