Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

Own high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other creative channels
Leverage Jungle Scout’s data, market insights, and external tools to identify and prioritize target accounts
Design and run compelling, personalized outreach sequences to drive engagement and meetings
Identify, generate, and qualify leads before handing off to Sales partners
Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to support growth initiatives and campaigns
Analyze outreach performance metrics and continuously optimize messaging and targeting strategies
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM and sales engagement platforms
Stay current on ecommerce and Amazon marketplace trends to sharpen positioning with prospects

Required

2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR, Inside Sales, or Business Development role in a high-growth environment
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound and pipeline targets
Experience with lead generation and identifying new business opportunities
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to guide outreach strategies
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a results-oriented, fast-paced culture
Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools

Preferred

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms or the Amazon Marketplace is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
