Responsibilities
Assist in cellular design, layout consultations, and continuous improvement activities
Analyze production data to optimize workflow and resource utilization
Support the Operations Excellence Manager in implementing Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement projects
Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and findings
Assist in documenting standard operating procedures and work instructions
Support the Operations team in ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
Preferred
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies is a plus
