Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the design and onsite installation of a client office
Interpret and review renderings, layouts, elevations, and measurements
Ensure accuracy in dimensions and space planning
Manage internal teams and external vendors simultaneously
Source and procure furniture, fixtures, and finishes (FF&E) aligned with the design direction and project budget
Maintain consistent communication with our in-house fabrication team
Act as the main liaison between the client and internal departments
Proactively communicate timelines, risks, and project challenges
Ensure installation is executed according to approved plans and quality standards
Track progress and keep the project on schedule and within scope
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in interior design and/or design project management
Strong understanding of renderings, floor plans, and measurements
Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams at the same time
Knowledge of sourcing furniture, fixtures, and finishes within budget constraints
Experience overseeing onsite installation
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Solution-oriented and proactive when challenges arise
Must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant office/commercial projects
Must be local to Long Beach, CA
