Responsibilities
Serve as a technical advisor to clients, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, with a strong focus on the capabilities and limitations of GenAI, agentic systems, and AI in telecom networks, while coordinating with India-based technical resources
Conduct technical workshops and presentations to demonstrate Incedo's AI/ML capabilities and solutions, covering the full range of project types, including GenAI applications, agentic platforms, and network AI solutions, ensuring alignment with India-based subject matter experts
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions, spanning all project types, with a primary focus on those involving GenAI, agentic workloads, and telecom network AI, collaborating with India-based architects and engineers
Oversee end-to-end delivery of diverse AI & Data projects, including AI&D platform operations and support, data engineering, AI/ML modeling, GenAI, agentic workflows, business enablement, AI in telecom network systems, and automation projects, emphasizing Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, with a focus on collaborative workflows between US and India teams
Manage project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, performance benchmarks, and security protocols, while effectively coordinating with distributed resources, particularly for complex GenAI and agentic system implementations
Implement robust data governance and quality assurance frameworks for AI/ML model development and deployment, ensuring alignment across all team locations, with specific attention to the unique requirements of GenAI, agentic, and telecom network-focused projects
Manage cloud-based deployments and model operationalization across all project types
Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions, with a primary focus on agentic systems and GenAI applications, and including solutions for AI in telecom network systems, leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), fostering collaborative development practices between US and India teams
Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML algorithms, frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and tools for specific business problems, with a deep emphasis on LLMs, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning for agentic behavior and telecom network intelligence, facilitating knowledge sharing and technical alignment across teams
Integrate generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into existing data and analytics workflows, with core focus on exploring use cases like automated content generation, code synthesis, intelligent chatbots, autonomous agents, and network automation, while ensuring effective communication and coordination with India-based developers
Collaborate with data engineering teams, including those in India, to build and maintain robust data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses optimized for various project types, including GenAI, agentic, and telecom network data, including vector databases and retrieval augmented generation
Implement data virtualization and data mesh architectures to enable efficient data access and utilization, ensuring seamless data flow between US and India teams, with a focus on handling large-scale unstructured data essential for GenAI, agentic systems, and telecom network analysis
Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations, coordinating with security teams across all locations, with a strong emphasis on the ethical considerations of GenAI, agentic AI, and sensitive telecom network data
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and data engineers, including those in India, fostering a unified team culture with a primary focus on GenAI, agentic systems, and telecom network AI
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, encouraging team members to explore emerging technologies and methodologies, specifically within the GenAI, agentic AI, and telecom AI domains, while facilitating knowledge transfer between US and India teams
Recruit and build teams with strong GenAI, agentic AI, and telecom network AI expertise, working closely with India-based recruitment teams, and focusing on core skills like prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, agent design, and network analytics
Facilitate efficient communication between US based client and India based development teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
10+ years of experience in AI/ML project delivery, with a focus on Telecom and experience implementing GenAI solutions
Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and agentic systems
Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services. GCP preferred
Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and data engineering tools (Kafka, Airflow), with a focus on handling large-scale unstructured data
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring
Proven experience implementing GenAI and Agentic workloads
Preferred
Deep understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS Systems
Experience with Vector Databases, and retrieval augmented generation
Demonstrated experience in effectively collaborating with India-based teams
Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills
