Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables
Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
Track project milestones, action items, risks, and dependencies
Maintain project documentation, plans, reports, and meeting notes
Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute follow-ups
Communicate project status updates to internal teams and stakeholders
Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and vendor coordination as needed
Ensure adherence to project management processes, standards, and tools
Identify issues or roadblocks and escalate appropriately

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project)
