Responsibilities

Support data conversion activities for a public health system implementation, including requirements analysis, data mapping, validation, and conversion related testing

Analyze legacy and target systems to document conversion requirements and mapping rules

Validate data transformations and support data quality checks and reconciliation. Develop and execute conversion test scenarios and test cases (mock loads, SIT/UAT support)

Track and resolve defects related to conversion and data accuracy

Collaborate with functional, technical, and client teams to confirm readiness for mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and go‑live

Ensure converted data meets public health program standards and supports end‑to‑end business processes

Required

Minimum 4 years of work experience

Minimum of 2 years of data conversion experience on large system implementations

HS Diploma / GED

Preferred

Background as a Business Analyst and/or Tester (public sector or public health preferred)

Strong skills in data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and defect management

Proficiency with Excel and basic SQL for data review

Experience using test management and tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
