Responsibilities
Help define and evolve the MAP brand: our story, voice, visual identity, and positioning
Develop brand strategies that support real business goals
Design, write, and create content yourself—decks, narratives, sales materials, messaging frameworks, campaign ideas, and more
Keep creative projects organized and on track
Lead and collaborate with outside agencies, freelancers, and partners when needed
Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to bring the brand to life across every touchpoint
Push for quality, clarity, and originality in everything MAP puts out there
Turn ideas into action and assets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing or related field
5+ years working experience in brand, marketing, media, advertising, or a related creative role
A track record of creating work that actually shipped and drove results
Comfort working with senior leaders and client-facing teams
Great taste, and the ability to collaborate without ego
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
A portfolio or body of work that shows how you think and what you make
Preferred
Leading cross-functional projects
Marketing or related field
Supervisory experience
Masters: Business Administration
