Responsibilities
Host and moderate two live NIL shows per week (45–60 minutes)
Interview athletes, coaches, recruiters, agents, and brand partners
Lead structured, high-energy discussions that drive engagement
Facilitate live Q&A and audience participation
Connect athletes with brand and partnership opportunities
Encourage premium platform engagement and community growth
Help expand distribution across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Collect community feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and confident on-camera presence
Familiarity with YouTube and major social platforms
Experience hosting panels, podcasts, live rooms, or events
Ability to energize and build athlete communities
Comfortable gathering insights and helping shape show direction
Self-motivated with strong time management in a remote setting
Passion for sports, NIL, athlete branding, and the athlete business ecosystem
Preferred
Background in sports media, communications, marketing, recruiting, or community leadership
