Responsibilities

Complete professional sales calls via telephone to increase profitable sales growth
Craft a business plan with the aim of achieving sales goals and objectives
Efficiently manage activities, collecting customer information and developing opportunities in Salesforce.com
Participate in training and development programs as a means of continuous improvement
Collaborate with team members to develop account-specific strategies
Be the front line for incoming marketing leads within a specified region and IES Service product
Generate qualified prospects through various marketing programs and excellent lead follow-up
Persistently manage lead pipelines
Convert qualified leads to high WIN probability opportunities
Drive business growth by generating incremental opportunities from leads
Accurately manage activities and update lead, account, and opportunity information using SFDC
Conduct tactical research on organizations and contacts to drive new sales opportunities
Exceed regional targets selling strategic Molecular products and services
Prepare, review, send, and follow up on sales quotes for assigned regions
Engage with the IES/Molecular install base
Promote Thermo Fisher Scientific eCommerce platform and digital customer tools

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferably in Science or Business
