Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery on sales calls, advising clients on data requirements and secure transfer protocols
Use Alteryx and Python to clean, blend, and analyze complex datasets
Collaborate on 'feature engineering' for predictive models
Develop audience segmentation and remail cadences that move the needle for our clients
Build high-impact Tableau visualizations that make complex insights digestible, persuasive, and impossible for stakeholders to ignore
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Python and Alteryx
Ability to use Tableau to drive decision-making
Understanding of direct-to-consumer metrics like conversion rates and response modeling
Experience in Financial Services (Mortgage/Lending) is a major plus
Ability to explain a complex data build to a non-technical Sales VP
Analytical mindset with a focus on making projects more effective
