Service Options Regional Consultant - Americas North & LATAM

The Service Options Regional Consultant will act as a key liaison between the Dynamic Service Options program and dealers in the Americas North and LATAM, focusing on dealer requirements, training, and support for service options.

Responsibilities
Conduct dealer interviews and experiments to inform future repair and service experiences as part of the Lean Innovation team
Gather and validate dealer business requirements for Rebuild, Maintenance, and Repair NPIs in partnership with workstream leads
Perform User Acceptance Testing and coordinate dealer participation, feedback, and issue resolution
Support NPI digital application rollout to dealers through PSOR/ASC engagement and training
Respond to dealer requests related to current and future application functionality, access, and integrations as first line support to industry and district reps and their dealers
Partner with dealers, reps, and market professionals to identify operational challenges related to service options and define best‑practice processes across sales, operations, and IT. Provide consulting and recommendations to improve workflow efficiency, including on‑site visits as needed to assess dealer practices and offer tailored solutions as needed
Lead small projects as needed related to service options and delivery of new solutions
Qualification
Required

Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of 'big picture' thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization
Preferred
Strong understanding of dealer operations, service workflows, and repair quoting processes
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Comfortable representing product capabilities directly with dealers and industry teams
Bilingual Spanish/English for LATAM engagement
Skilled in supporting deployments and facilitating change across diverse audiences
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving abilities
