Responsibilities
Communicating with referral sources
Family education
Individual & family therapy
Developing treatment plans to improve mental health
Utilizing interventions to support the goals of the individual and family
Local travel throughout the surrounding county is required for this role
Flexibility to meet with clients after school, weekend, or evening hours a huge plus
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related human services field
LSW or LAC licensure in the state of NJ required
One year of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults
Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
Preferred
LPC or LCSW preferred
Experience in quality management preferred
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
