Responsibilities
Developing, maintaining, and extending Power BI dashboards & capabilities that track performance & uncover insights
Performing bespoke analysis for business unit leadership to deliver insights into drivers of performance, potentially influencing operational priorities & strategic direction
Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing activities to ensure data quality and reliability
Driving innovation by exploring data assets in search of new applications, and/or by applying advanced analytical techniques to existing processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Data & Analytics ecosystem to understand business requirements and contribute to the design of analytical solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar)
3+ years of analytics experience in fast-paced industries such as CPG, Retail, Pharmaceuticals
Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling), and SQL
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Highly motivated with strong intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking
Ability to operate independently and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong communication & presentation skills
Preferred
Experience with Python, and cloud analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) as plus
