Responsibilities
Daily Integrations: Manage and oversee recurring data imports from Ticketure and other external systems into Raiser’s Edge NXT using ImportOmatic
Exception Handling: Serve as the first line of defense for data quality by manually verifying and resolving data exceptions, including duplicate records, address verification issues, and coding errors. Proactively identify recurring data issues and implement process to reduce manual remediation over time
Payment Reconciliation: Oversee payment processing integrations (Stripe) and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate reconciliation between fundraising, ticketing, and the general ledger
Dashboards & Queries: Design, build, and maintain queries and dashboards in Raiser’s Edge NXT to support fundraising, ticketing, and program evaluation. Ensure reporting structures are scalable, consistent, and aligned with organizational metrics and goals
Advanced Analytics: Develop and maintain visual reports using Kibana and Power BI to analyze data trends and deliver insights across departments. Work closely with Development, Finance, Marketing, and program teams to translate business questions into meaningful analytics
Marketing Support: Generate, validate, and cross-check Mailchimp lists based on the Marketing team’s audience segmentation criteria, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to constituent preferences
System Integrity & Governance: Maintain and audit 220,000+ constituent records, enforce data entry standards, and ensure long-term data health and reporting reliability
User Support & Knowledge: Act as the primary contact for database questions, train staff, and maintain documentation to preserve institutional knowledge
Data Security & Compliance: Handle sensitive constituent and payment data according to organizational policies, privacy best practices, and PCI standards
Operations Collaboration: Support IT and Operations teams on data initiatives and other duties as reasonably assigned to align systems and projects with organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
Experience managing constituent data and ensuring data integrity
Technical proficiency with Raiser's Edge NXT and ImportOmatic
Ability to handle intricate integrations and data quality work
Experience with payment processing integrations, specifically Stripe
Proficiency in designing and maintaining queries and dashboards
Experience with advanced analytics tools like Kibana and Power BI
Ability to generate and validate marketing lists using Mailchimp
Experience maintaining and auditing large databases (220,000+ records)
Knowledge of data entry standards and data governance
Ability to train staff and maintain documentation
Understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy best practices
