Responsibilities
Manage the professional inbox for the Men’s Program Director; coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and maintain organized administrative filing systems
Coordinate Care Cafés and Podcasts for both programs (speaker outreach, flyers, and logistics); issue and track all CEU certificates. Send feedback forms on events
Manage registration, scheduling, and certificates for Psychological First Aid (PFA) and Case Intensives for all students
Provide expert support for Canvas, Zoom, and Turnitin for all professors and students; audit course shells for readiness and netiquette
Dedicated to learning and implementing AI workflows to increase the efficiency of event planning and data management
Reconcile departmental PCards; screen student worker resumes and schedule interviews for new tech support hires
Participate in the physical execution of orientations, special events, and graduation for the Men’s program
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required, two years of college preferred
Minimum of two years of administrative or operations experience
Ability to manage complex logistics and troubleshoot challenges in person during live events
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and a commitment to mastering new AI-driven tools
High-level communication skills to act as a representative for the school to external speakers and vendors
Deep familiarity with the Haredi Community
