Responsibilities

Support and manage special projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new tools, processes, and systems
Coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring alignment with the Contact Center's strategic goals
Maintain and update operational records, documentation, and expenses
Assist in forecasting, resource planning, and performance analysis to optimize productivity
Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis
Act as a liaison between departments, including IT & HR to address operational needs
Communicate updates, policies, and procedural changes effectively across teams
Support team leads and supervisors in coordinating training and performance initiatives
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate and execute special event planning
Act of Point of Contact for Facility related concerns
Conduct periodic audits to ensure operational consistency and excellence

Required

12+ months of previous operations experience in contact centers
Highly proficient with computers and MS office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and math
Demonstrates an ability to solve problems, think, reason, and learn
Attention to detail with an ability to multi-task
Self-driven, able to perform tasks with limited direction
Develops positive working relationships with peers and stakeholders
Legally authorized to work in the United States and must at least 18 years old
High School Diploma (Undergraduate or some college preferred)
