Telecom 911 Data Project Manager

TalentCollyde is seeking a detail-driven 911 ALI Database Project Manager / Telecom Data Analyst to support critical emergency services infrastructure during a large-scale 911 network migration initiative. In this role, you will research, validate, update, and maintain Automatic Location Identification (ALI) data associated with 911 circuits and trunks, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance as the systems migrate to IP-based connectivity.

Responsibilities

Research and validate ALI data tied to 911 circuits and trunks across internal telecom systems
Update, add, and delete subscriber records within PSP ALI databases as required
Support 911 circuit migration efforts from legacy TDM connections to SIP/IP-based Points of Interconnect
Collaborate with OSP migration managers and Wire Center Migration teams on ad hoc research and data initiatives
Compile regulatory and operational documentation to support database accuracy
Maintain ownership and integrity of PSP ALI database records
Perform high-volume data entry and management using Excel, QuickBase, and other project tools
Prepare reports and identify key 911 service data supporting migration activities

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience performing detailed relational database research and analysis
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
Experience using data collection and analysis tools
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
Knowledge of 911 data services including: Automatic Location Identification (ALI), Selective Router Databases (SRDB), Master Street Address Guides (MSAG)
Understanding of telecom circuit provisioning processes and systems
Familiarity with TDM-based telecom circuits and their relationship to 911 ALI databases
Experience working within telecom infrastructure environments

Preferred

5–8 years of experience in a telecom environment, ideally within 911 systems
5–8 years managing or maintaining ALI, SRDB, and MSAG databases
Experience supporting 911 Service Providers (SSPs) or the 911 operations side of an OSP
Familiarity with carrier inventory tools such as TIRKS (preferred but not required)
