Responsibilities

Incorporate additions, deletions, or changes into the GEOINT essential body of knowledge, certification framework, blueprints, and schemes
Maintain and analyze GOLD program data, preparing complex staffing packages for GEOINT Certification Program Governance Council approval
Produce and maintain the GEOINT Certification Program Design Document (PDD) to codify policies and procedures in accordance with DoDM 3305.10
Prepare technical application packages and associated data documentation for external accreditation in accordance with NCCA requirements
Manage, track, audit, and report on certification maintenance activities while utilizing data analytics to recommend process improvements
Verify, validate, and update program information to reflect changes in mission, policy, doctrine, and tactics
Support the Certification Conferral process, including the maintenance of records, development of data lists, and preparation of staffing certificates
Lead the data collection and synthesis for Annual Reports on GEOINT Accreditation and Certification

Required

Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) required. Candidates must already possess this clearance level upon applying
Requires at least 7 years of demonstrated experience preparing application packages and maintaining accreditation for certification programs in accordance with NCCA requirements
At least 5 years of experience supporting credentialing best practices and applying them to the development and maintenance of professional certification programs
At least 5 years of experience serving as a quality control and data expert within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
Proven experience writing, interpreting, and applying complex DoD/IC policy and guidance
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related technical field

Preferred

Expert knowledge of the NCCA accreditation lifecycle, standards, and psychometric requirements
Strong background in technical writing and the development of Program Design Documents (PDD)
Proficiency in data auditing, validation, and management within a secure government environment
Experience with the GOLD program or similar large-scale military/IC personnel readiness databases
