Responsibilities

Design and implement internal AI agents
Build copilots for sales, engineering, manufacturing, and support
Create automation pipelines using LLMs and agent frameworks
Implement RAG systems and knowledge retrieval environments
Integrate APIs across internal tools and systems
Experiment with emerging frameworks such as OpenClaw and advanced agent orchestration tools
Rapidly prototype and deploy working solutions into production
Stay ahead of AI trends and apply them before competitors do

Required

Hands on experience with large language models and prompt engineering at an advanced level
Experience with agent based systems and task orchestration
Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems
Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages
Experience with API integrations and workflow automation
Familiarity with cloud and local deployment environments
Experience with data pipelines and structured data environments
Understanding of AI security considerations in business systems
Experience building working AI systems outside of tutorials
Self driven and highly curious
Comfortable experimenting and shipping fast
Able to explain complex AI systems in simple terms
Motivated by building unfair competitive advantage
Excited by solving real world business problems with AI
