Technical knowledge of bag construction and tech packs
Must include a portfolio - tech packs, technical side of design, experience with bag creation
Are less design focused, will mostly be taking others ideas and implementing them
Preferred
3D modeling experience
Ai for quick design representation and material representation usage
Ex-client or similar industry experience
