In this role, you will support impactful projects by designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions while leading technical teams and collaborating with customers.

Responsibilities

Surface and analyze customer business requirements
Translate requirements into an Architectural design and influence the deployment of key infrastructure components
Design, construct, configure, and maintain all facets of a Microsoft 365 tenant
Plan and execute an end-to-end implementation of Microsoft 365 infrastructure workloads
Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Microsoft 365 and related core technologies
Participate in presales calls and activities
Provide leadership across practice areas
Help internal sales team provide solutions to customers requirements
Proactively help customers make more complex decisions around features and capabilities
Identify, scope, and refer opportunities for additional sales for Planet provided services and offerings
Lead internal technical communities and present new technologies
Provide process improvement or standardization on elements that will have broad impact
Lead and provide strategic vision to large technical teams on complex projects

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactively respond to internal and external technical communities
Ability to implement related technologies and understand their dependencies in complex enterprise environments
Ability to proactively collaborate across internal, customer, and key partner teams
Thought leader on solving problems in complex environments
Effectively articulate escalations and communicate progress to stakeholders
Has ownership stake in the successful technical delivery of complex projects in large enterprise environments
Has ownership stake in the delivery of the scope while assisting in managing customer expectations
Must have real-world, hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 within large complex environments
Subject matter expert for Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Teams Voice, and other O365 workloads
Must have real-world experience helping to managing and maintaining AD, GPO's, On-Premises Active Directory Migrations

Preferred

Teams Voice experience is a plus
