Responsibilities
Receive campaign leads from merchant team and onboard the vendors into campaign intake process
Manage individual vendor paid campaigns, their brief’s, and individual partner campaign objectives
Work closely with paid marketing team to design and execute marketing plans to deliver vendor objectives
Work collaboratively with cross divisional teams to design key points of value through each partner program
Manage agenda and regular touchpoints with cross divisional partners
Responsible for individual campaign reporting as well as overall program recapping
Working with partners and accounting to manage invoicing for individual campaigns
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to monitor best practices, evaluate areas for continued enhancement, and emerging trends to assess how new opportunities can be leveraged and programming can be optimized
Cultivate strong relationships with vendor partners, acting as their primary point of contact for vendor marketing campaigns
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests from partners promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the vendor partner to design paid marketing tactics, capabilities, and identify desired outcomes
Ensure each vendor campaign is on strategy, on time and within budget
Responsible for program reporting and analysis to determine overall success tied to larger objectives and KPI’s
Continuously assess partners' satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or renewals
Qualification
Required
An individual who has been an account lead, partnership lead, or sales lead for another retailer's retail media network (RMN)
5+ years of Retail Media Network (RMN) SALES experience
5+ years of Media Planning experience
5+ years of vendor management experience
