Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor
Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
Meet or exceed established performance requirements
Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Computer literate
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to operate standard telephone system
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen
Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors
Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.)
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
Benefits
Vacation: 70 hours to 120 hours days per year
Paid Sick Leave: All non-probationary drivers who work thirty (30) or more days per year shall receive forty-eight (48) hours of sick leave on January 1 of each calendar year.; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.
