Responsibilities
Coordinating work specific scope / trades
Participating in project meetings
Conducting deficiency walks
Inputting / Updating deficiency logs
Performing quantity takeoffs
Coordinating sub-trade work
Creating and updating schedules using Suretrak software
Obtaining scheduling information from sub-trades
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset
Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting
