Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance web applications
Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to define and deliver new features
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks
Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and automation
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives
Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, grooming, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience
5+ years of direct full‑stack development
5+ years hands‑on experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong front‑end expertise: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 13+ or Stencil
Strong back‑end development experience: C#, .NET, ASP.NET Web API
Solid database experience: MS SQL Server
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
Experience with version control systems: Git
Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
Knowledge of financial markets, banking products, or wealth management
Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices
