Responsibilities
Serve as the primary and alternate Point of Contact (POC) for all contract-related matters
Provide overall program leadership, personnel supervision, and operational oversight
Manage contractor personnel selection, onboarding, performance, and continuity of operations
Ensure staffing coverage during absences, emergencies, surge requirements, or contingency conditions
Oversee compliance with all training, certification, and clearance requirements
Develop, maintain, and enforce the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP)
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required contract deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and management plans
Manage subcontractors (if applicable) and internal resources in accordance with contract requirements
Support Government meetings, inspections, audits, and performance reviews
Ensure contractor compliance with all security policies, conduct standards, and installation rules
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience managing DoD programs or federal contracts
Demonstrated experience managing classified cybersecurity or IT services contracts
Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF), Information Assurance (IA) environments, and U.S. Air Force contracting processes
Active TS/SCI clearance
