Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing engineering team, including equipment and process optimization, data analysis, problem troubleshooting and investigation, and project management
You'll work on meaningful projects aimed at improving equipment efficiency, reducing scrap, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities in existing processes
This internship offers broad exposure to engineering functions and projects, ensuring you walk away with a well-rounded, impactful experience
Qualification
Required
Progress toward a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering major
Able to comprehend mechanical drawings, computer systems and manufacturing processes
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Ability to leverage Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for efficient data management, analysis, and presentation
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions
Customer Focus: Committed to meeting the expectations and needs of internal and external customers
Team Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals
