Responsibilities
Lead social planning and execution for Marketplace initiatives, aligning with brand voice, social strategy, and business objectives
Partner with Marketplace, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing teams to translate priorities and timelines into effective social campaigns
Develop content strategies, draft copy, manage content calendars, and oversee publishing across owned social media channels
Serve as a bridge between business objectives and creative execution, shaping briefs and enabling high-performing social content
Monitor cultural trends, platform updates, and creator ecosystems to identify timely engagement opportunities
Manage day-to-day social operations including scheduling, community engagement, and light moderation support
Analyze performance metrics, contribute to reporting dashboards, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in the gaming industry, preferably with a major game publisher, managing high-volume social media channels and supporting large-scale franchise initiatives
3–5+ years of social media strategy planning, goal setting, and execution, including campaign development, content calendars, publishing workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
3–5+ years of strong analytical experience, translating social media performance data into actionable insights that drive engagement and optimize campaigns
Advanced copywriting and platform expertise, including experience with Office 365, Sprinklr, and native social media analytics tools to manage reporting and performance tracking
5–8 years of overall experience in social media, marketing, or communications
5+ years of experience within the gaming sector, ideally supporting major publishers or gaming brands
Proven experience managing high-volume social channels and executing multi-channel campaigns
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to drive insight to action
Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Proficiency with Office 365 and analytics tools; Sprinklr and native platform analytics preferred
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice to brand standards
Excellent project management, organization, and storytelling skills
