Responsibilities

Architects Okta‑centered Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, providing oversight for new and enhanced capabilities across design, development, testing, and deployment
Leads strategic initiatives to improve productivity by driving cross‑functional collaboration and enforcing IAM best practices and standards
Ensures system availability, scalability, and security by monitoring services and implementing resilience, automation, and process improvements
Implements identity workflows for provisioning, access governance, and authentication/authorization aligned with information security and SDLC controls
Guides multidisciplinary teams, offering technical direction on Okta standards, integrations, and identity/data flows with dependent systems
Evaluates platform performance and risk posture, recommending enhancements, remediations, and continuous improvement actions

Required

Bachelor's degree or relevant technical education as aligned with client expectations
10+ Years of experience required
Strong Okta standards knowledge with deep experience in Identity, Access, and workflow implementation
Proven leadership and analytical skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and execute strategic initiatives
