Responsibilities
Own end-to-end digital marketing performance for Pacha New York, with full accountability for ticket sales, revenue, ROAS, and CPA
Develop, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media platforms
Plan and manage large monthly digital marketing budgets, continuously testing and optimising creatives, audiences, and formats
Lead digital campaigns for artist announcements, residencies, seasonal programming, and high-velocity ticket drops
Oversee website performance, conversion optimisation, and the end-to-end digital ticketing journey
Manage data, tracking, and platform integrations, ensuring accurate analytics, attribution, and reporting
Monitor daily performance and deliver clear insights and reporting to local leadership and global HQ
Collaborate closely with Programming, Marketing, PR, Creative, and global teams to align campaigns with brand and commercial priorities
Qualification
Required
4–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce roles
Proven experience within entertainment, nightlife, live events, music, or ticketed experiences
Strong hands-on expertise in paid media and performance marketing, with a track record of driving commercial results
Experience managing significant budgets with clear performance accountability
Solid understanding of websites, analytics, tracking, and platform integrations
Highly analytical, data-driven, and commercially focused
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure event environments with tight deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak event periods
