Investigate data center hardware quality tickets
Perform structured RCA and failure analysis
Analyze fleet performance data using SQL/Python
Identify recurring issues and escalate to engineering teams
Support process improvements to enhance system availability
Create and improve deployment and repair documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, or related)
5+ years in server/data center hardware quality or failure analysis
Experience in troubleshooting server/storage/network hardware
Strong data analytics skills (SQL/JMP/Python)
Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
