Operations & Quality Intern
Cardiosense is a rapidly growing, venture-backed medical AI company that is redefining how we detect, monitor, and manage heart disease. The Operations and Quality Intern will support Cardiosense’s Quality and Operations functions within a regulated medical device environment, assisting with quality documentation, operational workflows, and HR-related projects.

Responsibilities
Enter and maintain training records within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
Issue and manage training documents for Quality Management System documentation as needed
Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and or ERP system implementation efforts
Assist with organization and maintenance of quality documentation
Contribute to cross-functional projects that span technology, strategy, and commercialization
Observe and provide administrative support to one of Cardiosense’s active product development programs
Help synthesize technical and market insights into clear, actionable takeaways for internal stakeholders
Assist with light HR related projects as needed
Support documentation, data tracking, or process improvement initiatives within People Operations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort working with documentation, systems, and data entry
Ability to follow established processes in a regulated environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in medical devices, quality systems, operations, or healthcare
Preferred
Exposure to quality systems, compliance, or regulated environments
Experience working with documentation or data systems
Interest in operations, quality, or project coordination
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
