Lee Company provides core construction services of HVAC, plumbing and electrical for commercial projects in the Southeastern United States. They are seeking a VDC Detailer I to work with experienced Detailers on the detailing of Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems, utilizing BIM fabrication modelling software to produce fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

Working with experienced Detailers, utilizing BIM fabrication modelling software, on the detailing of Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems and producing fabrication drawings for installation and fabrication for manufacturing division

Required

Knowledge of mechanical or plumbing systems

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks or any other BIM software is a plus

A working familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and Outlook and ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software

Basic computer skills

Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret technical literature/writing and plans

Ability to define problems, assess options and make appropriate recommendations
