Lead functional testing activities for Medicaid business processes
Develop and manage test strategies, plans, scenarios, and execution cycles
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with state agencies and business stakeholders
Validate Medicaid program rules, eligibility determination, claims processing, provider enrollment, and benefits administration
Qualification
Required
8+ years QA experience with strong Medicaid, functional background
Prior experience leading QA teams
Deep understanding of Medicaid operations and workflows
Experience with UAT and functional validation
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with state Medicaid agencies preferred
