System Analyst I – Supply Chain ERP Applications

Responsibilities
Provide application, technical and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems
Contribute to departmental projects and solutions implementation
Demonstrate a solid understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts and principles of client/server configuration
Support development of information system requirements to include process and documentation creation and maintenance
Maintain user confidence
Protect operations by keeping information confidential
Maintain a high level of quality work in a stressful environment
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field OR High School Diploma/GED and successful completion of an ITD apprenticeship program and two years of experience
One year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience, preferably in a health care environment OR equivalent experience in end user training or an operational/financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems OR Bachelor's Degree
ITIL Foundations certification upon or within six months of hire
Preferred
Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certification
Experience in a healthcare environment
