Responsibilities
Administer and optimize ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
Manage integrations across cloud and on-prem environments (AWS, Azure, SCCM, vCenter, SolarWinds)
Configure MID Servers, APIs, and data pipelines
Maintain CMDB data quality, reconciliation rules, and lifecycle governance
Support ITIL-aligned operational processes (Incident, Change, Configuration, Asset, Problem)
Partner with engineering and operations teams to automate workflows and improve visibility
Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years System Administration experience (2+ with ServiceNow ITOM)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Strong experience with CMDB, integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript
Familiarity with ITIL v4 practices
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience
The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation
Preferred
ServiceNow CIS (ITOM or CMDB)
ITIL Foundation
Federal IT experience
Automation tooling (Ansible, PowerShell, Jenkins)
