Responsibilities

Support Program Metrics and technology roadmaps, ensuring Cyber capabilities are delivered on time and on budget
Providing accurately and timely manpower forecasts and staffing resources on programs
Standardization and consistent application of Cyber Resiliency organizational processes, methods, techniques, and tools
Ensure tight program coordination, providing expertise in technical development and responding to proposal efforts
Standardize processes, methods, techniques, and tools for Cyber Resiliency across programs
Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned programs
Implement cost-effective workforce planning and development strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to advance cyber resiliency strategies

Required

Previous leadership or equivalent lead experiences
Proven success building collaborative customer, team, and partner relationships
Experience supporting Cyber Resiliency programs and/or contract scope as a Technical Lead, Control Account Manager, Project Manager, or Program Manager
Currently Supporting C2BMC
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years related professional experience
Qualified candidate must have a DoD Final Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship

Ability to maintain a government DoD Secret level clearance
15% Travel to CO Springs required

Preferred

Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills with the ability to drive issues to resolution involving direct interaction with senior E&T leadership
Excellent verbal and written skills necessary to clearly articulate strategies to both internal and external organizational audiences
Strong ability to inspire cooperation, confidence, and motivation of a team in challenging environments
Demonstrated Business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, reliability, and sound judgment
Possesses a strategic mindset with interest in driving business growth through novel and innovative operational approaches
