Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high system performance and responsive support
Oversee infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and hardware systems
Strengthen cybersecurity safeguards and maintain disaster recovery plans
Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with ministry priorities
Manage IT vendors, contracts, and budget with accountability and strong stewardship
Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency while ensuring responsible implementation
Lead and develop IT team members, fostering a service-oriented culture
Qualification
Required
A committed follower of Jesus Christ with an authentic, growing faith
Passion for advancing a ministry devoted to the Gospel and the Messianic movement
Proven experience leading IT operations in a mid-sized organization (nonprofit experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and vendor management
Strategic thinker with operational follow-through and a collaborative leadership style
