Quality Assurance Grafting Coordinator

The Quality Assurance Grafting Coordinator plays a key role in managing the daily operations of the grafting program and supporting the Quality Assurance department, overseeing outsourced partners, managing inventory, tracking KPIs, and ensuring seamless communication between providers, patients, and vendor representatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the grafting program, ensuring accurate tracking of new and discharged graft patients
Serve as the primary liaison between providers, patients, and graft representatives
Maintain and update patient tracking spreadsheets and internal databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage inventory of grafting supplies, ensuring timely ordering and delivery of materials
Place graft orders and maintain strong relationships with vendor representatives
Conduct monthly audits and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program performance
Create, maintain, and update protocols and workflows related to grafting and quality assurance processes
Provide clinical support by answering provider and patient questions regarding graft procedures or materials
Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements
Perform other tasks as needed or assigned

Required

Licensure: LVN (required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent data management and documentation accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data tracking tools

Preferred

Experience: 1–2 years in a clinical, administrative, or quality assurance role preferred
Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners preferred
