Responsibilities
Assist in tracking and managing project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Support procurement and vendor coordination for materials and services
Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (construction, starts, land, purchasing, sales) to ensure smooth workflow
Help maintain accurate documentation and reporting for ongoing projects
Participate in site visits to understand construction processes and quality standards
Contribute to special projects aimed at improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
