Responsibilities
Participate in team agile ceremonies, including daily standups and planning sessions
Develop and deploy cyber security solutions that increase the security of our development pipeline
Work independently and with the security leadership team to do value-add work that will reduce risk for SPS
Gain exposure to products, skills, and technologies used across a global Technology group
Explore projects and initiatives across multiple technology teams
Develop solutions to technology needs
Ensure timely communication with key stakeholders of milestones and risks
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Student pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or related field
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, unrestricted basis. The company does not sponsor employment visas for this role, now or in the future
Preferred
Students entering their final year of study (“rising seniors”)
Prior SPS Commerce internship experience
Coursework or experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, React programming languages
Ability to balance multiple tasks concurrently
