Be the friendly face and voice of our Monticello branch—providing top-notch service at the front desk and over the phone
Assist tow drivers, auto auction customers, and individuals with insurance-related questions
Accurately enter vehicle information into our system
Keep everything organized with efficient filing and data entry
Support the Branch Manager and team with essential administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
A customer service pro who loves helping people
Detail-oriented and skilled in data entry
Strong communicator who handles inbound calls with confidence
